COMBINED PAINT AND DRYING BOOTH

A combined paint and drying booth is suitable for small quantities, and is a compact solution that only requires a small amount of space. In this self-contained system, you can paint, flash off and dry your parts. In Dry Mode, air is circulated through via a valve control so that your parts are warmed up to the desired temperature efficiently and cost-effectively.

MONTA paint and drying booths come with energy saving concepts as standard, such as waste heat recovery and frequency converters, and they always use state-of-the-art technology. MONTA systems can be run with a wide range of heating media. Different types can be used depending on the on-site conditions, e.g. modern gas surface burners with an efficiency of almost 100%, indirect heating systems with gas or oil burners, hot water pumps or electrically heated systems. With the modular construction system that we have developed, we can offer booths for parts of all sizes.
