Various processes ranging from simple cleaning and degreasing to iron phosphating and zinc phosphating, as well as the latest nanoceramic coating processes, each work in their own way to harmonize perfectly with different types of coating. With its years of practical experience, MONTA helps you to choose exactly the right process and develops precisely the right system design to perfectly match the planned geometry of the part and its desired performance. All pre-treatment systems developed and performed by MONTA are carried out with particular consideration for the environment and in accordance with Section 19 of the German Water Resources Act (WHG). The systems are also available with complete water treatment and waste heat utilization.
