WET PAINT DRYING OVEN

The most frequently used procedure is classic, conventional drying. A benefit of these is that complex geometries can be fully dried. The temperature-controlled air used for the process flows through the entire air circulation area of the paint dryer, thus flowing around your part and warming it up to the desired temperature. The dryer consists of a tunnel and integrated multi-leaf dampers or ventilation slots. With a heating system and a recirculation fan, the air is circulated around the dryer and heated up. Either gas, oil, warm water or electricity can be used here as a means of heating.

A MONTA paint dryer consists of specially developed insulation cassettes, which provide the benefit of excellent insulation and therefore help to ensure greater energy efficiency.
