WATER OFF DRYING OVEN

In water off drying ovens, the water particles stuck to the surface of the parts are dried or blown off. This is done using specially arranged jets combined with circulating air at a temperature specific to the coating, which brings the part to the precise temperature required for processing and makes the surface fit to receive the coating.

With the additional integration of a dehumidifier, we can dry your parts up to 30% faster. This requires a lower drying temperature, meaning that energy consumption is reduced whilst also minimizing the risk of cracking.

MONTA’s water off drying ovens have the advantage of minimizing the device’s emissions. By cascading the extracted air from other system areas and using dehumidifiers, MONTA ensures energy efficiency and eco-friendliness.
