MANUAL SYSTEM

In a manual crack testing system, your products are placed into the system by hand. They are then manually treated with the penetrant. After a defined period of penetration time, the excess penetrant is carefully washed off and in the next stage the part is carefully inspected in a darkroom under a UV light. The part is then transferred to the next stage of the process.
