INSULATION CASSETTES

MONTA manufactures insulation cassettes with the coil double-profiling machine, developed in house, with a standard dimension of 750mm or 1,000mm wide, and with a full, unseparated length of up to 6,000mm. The standard insulation is 80 to 300mm with Rockwool Thermarock fire protection class A1. For high temperature applications up to +450°C, we use Rockwool Prorox SL 950 D with a minimum bulk density of 85 kg/m³. We also manufacture all special cassettes and reinforced cassettes with sections for doors, burners, heat exchangers, fans, etc.

MONTA insulation cassettes provide the benefit of having a tapered double seam on both sides. The angle of the seam gives the insulation cassettes good longitudinal stability. The tapered interlocking of the tongue and groove joint makes it particularly tight, meaning an extremely low sealant consumption when assembling. This ensures the minimum number of thermal bridges. The cassettes are quick and easy to assemble / dismantle.
