HIGH TEMPERATURE OVEN
With the influence of high temperatures, it is possible to change the material properties of your parts. An example of this is non-stick coating. In the first stage, the part is heated to a temperature of around 390°C, which burns off all oil and grease without leaving any residue. After a cooling phase, the desired coating is then applied and cured at around 450°C. This process ensures that the part has lower surface tension and a higher level of heat resistance.
A MONTA high temperature oven is made up of specially developed insulation cassettes, which provide the benefit of excellent insulation and therefore contribute to greater energy efficiency.
