Beyond the assembly phase, you also have comprehensive servicing by MONTA Lackieranlagen GmbH available for the whole duration of the system’s service life. Preventative maintenance, continuous system optimization, quick support and fast supply of replacement parts ensure that your system is always ready for operation and always runs smoothly. Even potential weaknesses in interfaces with other system components are no problem for our qualified employees.
For optimum productivity and availability, MONTA offers the following servicing concepts:
INTERVAL SERVICE Maintenance contracts with a defined scope of service at fixed intervals.
FULL-TIME SERVICE Long-term service for preventative maintenance. The system’s standard at the time of delivery is consistently maintained. Down-time and production losses are avoided. Our qualified specialist staff are available 24 hours a day for immediate system analysis, optimization or to arrange for replacement parts.
TRAINING AND SERVICE Our range of services includes training users and operators with specific, technical programs during the system’s launch, as well as continued further training. This also includes preventative maintenance, continuous system optimization, quick support and fast supply of replacement parts.
